Susan F. Smith

Susan Smith practices a broad range of civil litigation, but especially enjoys helping families sort through divorce, custody disputes, and same-sex family-law issues. She has experience bringing and defending enforcement actions, modifications, paternity actions, and other family-law related suits. While she enjoys the courtroom, she understands that sometimes the best results are achieved through mutual agreement by the parties. Susan’s litigation experience includes medical malpractice, construction defect litigation, personal injury, deceptive trade practices, and administrative claims.

Susan is a die-hard Aggie, but got her law degree from Texas Tech. She spends as much time as she can outside hiking and camping with her husband and son.
